  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being prepared for dispatch.

We proudly use Courier Guy as our trusted delivery partner to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

3. Delivery Time

We deliver throughout South Africa.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you your Courier Guy tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel until it is delivered.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

YP Fragrance Co cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel or the address provided is incorrect, the courier may attempt another delivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where necessary.

7. Shipping Fees
